I attended the Good Form Running Clinic with friends and learned a wealth of information to improve my running. In addition, I had opportunity to participate in the Track Shack's Ladies Night October 2014 as an athletic gear model. Keep up the great work and know that your team work has made Track Shack the most memorable!
