I rented a studio apartment from 2024-2025, and it was an okay experience. The complex used to be a motel, so the studios are similar to living in a hotel room with an added kitchenette. It was definitely a bit of a depressing experience coming home from work to my apartment that was essentially a small gray box. Noise issue. People are loud even after 10 PM. I have to work early and sleep is important, but there are still people at the pool as late as 1 AM?
