Noise issue. People are loud even after 10 PM. I have to work early and sleep is important, but there are still people at the pool as late as 1 AM?
Pros: - The apartments are quite nice with a very modern look to them. - The staff were very kind and very helpful in addressing any questions or concerns. - Any maintenance that was needed was properly addressed within less than 24 hours. - For an apartment complex, the gym was spacious with a good variety of equipment. - If you care about being close to downtown, these apartments are only a couple miles from the DOCO area. So far I been living here for about a month now and it been really nice. They have people that come by at 7ish to come take your trash so all you have to do is leave it outside your door 10/10 and everything can be accessed and unlock by your a app on your phone
