For prospective tenants and applicants: Pros: Very attentive staff, easy to get ahold of. Property seems well maintained despite the surrounding area. The staff are very kind and friendly. Parking outside the gate seems somewhat questionable, but they do offer paid, gated parking options. There are also first-come, first-serve EV charging stations. I have had a terrible experience here. My car was vandalized 2 straight nights in a row. After I reported this information, the manager got really defensive and angry with me and immediately claimed that there was nothing they could do to help me. I also found out there is no cameras on sight other than 1 camera infront of the lobby. Which means anybody can vandalize your property and there will be no footage whatsoever. Be careful when renting here as there is no sense of safety or protection here.
Hotel turned into apartments in an unsafe neighborhood. Lots of homeless camped out everywhere. The prices are high for the location. The manager is very bad
Don’t move here. Very unsafe area you car can and will get broken into. Complex has been broken into as well. Parking is a nightmare and they will tow your car. Hidden fees will and multiple charges for things. Thin walls, crappy quality apartment, rent too high for what they offer. Again, don’t move here there are definitely better places around.
Pros: • Very friendly and helpful staff • New appliances, no carpet, open layout, heating and air work well, overall nice interior • Nice courtyard, clubhouse, and pool area • More affordable studio option in the area Cons: • Parking is so difficult •• Limited spaces behind the gate forcing you to park in the visitor parking outside of the gate which have also been filling up fast recently leaving me to drive around in circles waiting for someone to leave! •• INCREDIBLY small parking spaces which are difficult to get in and ... read more
