First month living here and already very satisfied with how attentive and responsive the staff are. We submitted two maintenance requests through the resident portal and they were resolved the next day. (One was for our sink, the other was for the AC). Also they have cool resident socials and are currently hosting a raffle. Very pleased from someone just living here for a month.
Great apartment complex! Lots of amenities (clubhouse, gym, pool, etc) and very affordable. The only downside is the location (in a sketchy area), but it is gated and has security. I've lived here for 3 years and I really appreciate the management's upkeep. I recommend the complex.
They had dirty sodas for the resistance and it was very delicious.
Moving into Track 281 apartments was easy and straightforward for me. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and the amenities is great for the price I pay. Their Summer Sips event with AT&T allowed me to talk to new people and chat with my neighbors!
After living here for almost a year, I can confidently give Track 281 a 5-star review. The team here consistently does an excellent job maintaining the property, effectively addressing my concerns in a timely manner, and providing fun activities for I and the other tenants to engage in. What's ultimately driving me to stay and renew my lease is the value that Track 281 provides.
