Exceptional staff and mantainance. Nice gym!!
The most run-down and overpriced apartment complex I’ve come across in Sacramento. I would not recommend moving here. There are frequently unhoused people around the property. While their circumstances are not their fault, the apartment’s so-called security patrol does little to address the ongoing issues. Bike thefts and car break-ins have been recurring problems, and management has done very little to improve the situation. The studio apartments are ridiculously overpriced. First month living here and already very satisfied with how attentive and responsive the staff are. We submitted two maintenance requests through the resident portal and they were resolved the next day. (One was for our sink, the other was for the AC). Also they have cool resident socials and are currently hosting a raffle. Very pleased from someone just living here for a month.
Great apartment complex! Lots of amenities (clubhouse, gym, pool, etc) and very affordable. The only downside is the location (in a sketchy area), but it is gated and has security. I've lived here for 3 years and I really appreciate the management's upkeep. I recommend the complex.
They had dirty sodas for the resistance and it was very delicious.
