We have been living at Track 281 since they first opened, having renewed our lease twice now because we truly love it here. Some of the bad reviews seem to come from people who probably haven't lived anywhere other than their parents house before. I've lived in many apartments in California, mainly in LA but some in Sacramento, and have never been happier than here. We lived here at this community for two years. The apartments are affordable and come with nice features like a cozy clubhouse and a small but well-maintained gym. The maintenance team, especially Brian, and the previous property manager Kirsten were outstanding. Always professional and responsive. There were some challenges, including inconsistent parking enforcement (we paid each $125/month for a covered spot) heavy dust that required two air purifiers, and occasional strong marijuana odors coming though a/c vent and unali... read more
