Tracir Financial is considered a “high risk” lender. With that being said, they feel they’ve done you a solid by picking up your vehicle loan and can now treat and bully you however they see fit. They don’t care a bit about personal matters or the truth. They only care about that monthly payment and god for bid, you’re in a hospital with your sick child, following the holiday chaos and don’t communicate properly with them. I have had my account with Tracir Financial since June of this year and have had no issues what so ever with this company or their representatives and upon reading many of these reviews have been shocked at the complaints other customers have stated. I believe the only issue, whether you fall behind or anything of that nature, is simply just communicate with them. I was going through the most difficult time of my life...my Mother was terminally ill and passed away a couple of months ago. I was struggling financially trying to take care of my household and my Mom's which left me really behind on my car payment. An employee by the name of Vanita not only worked with my situation she gave me encouragement along with kind caring words. I will never forget the treatment I received from Tracir Financial...I am forever grateful.

I've had a car loan with Tracir Financial Service for 2 1/2 years now and I've had some health issues and have had a few late payments but I've always stayed in contact with them and they've been very helpful and understanding. Vanita is absolutely wonderful ! Has always worked with me. Just got off the phone with her because I have a new job and my payment is going to be 1 week late.
