Got a truck through tracir 2 yrs ago, have made all my payments with no problems, am currently 33 days behind from the 1st missed payment, I have already paid **** on this truck and have less than **** left. I tried to explain to them that both my kids have had covid in the last month and my hrs were cut due to a semiconductor chip shortage and get them to defer one more month. They refused to work with me on the 30 more days. I would personally think that **** is a decent attempt of good faith!! I would never recommend this... read more

A little over 3 years ago I was in need of a way to get to and from work. I'd had a not so great history with credit. I stop at a dealership and by the ***** of God this company took me in and gave me a chance on a ****** dollar loan. I had a missed payment here and there but the bank was understanding and worked with me. I'm here today with a paid off 2010 nissian truck. Thank you all at traicer financial for believing in me.

I financed my vehicle with them after filing bankruptcy. I paid it off approximately year and a half ago and can say everything was easy to understand and their website easy to navigate. I now work in the automotive industry and will say after reading several negative reviews, that those individuals do not understand how financing a vehicle works. Do not use this company for anything!!!! Let me start of by saying YES it was my fault for buying an SUV from a sales lot in Newark, Ohio that blew up on me not once but twice, ofcourse I let it go back, but now about 10 years later I am still paying for it. There’s so much I can say about this company. Oh and by the way don’t leave a review and call them About you account. Because they will transfer you to the big bad wolf The manager Brandon and he will scold you about the review if it’s negative and try to intimidate you. Which happened to me. I called this morning on 7/13/2020 to settle an old debt with no success. I was trying to do the right thing and pay this debt, but they are unwilling to help in any way. They basically said you either pay the full back balance or you don't get your title. I'm out of work at the moment so I could not afford to pay the whole 277.16 which consists of the original balance charged off of 156.73 plus all their late fees and interest. beware of this company! only use them as a last resort as they are very good about misleading people. this company recently sent emails to be listing the sender as "mass email" i had to attempt to block this unknown sender so i could see the sender. the email they sent was about paying electronically during the covid outbreak. the whole email was about them and nothing about working with their customers. i respond to this email and get a childish unsigned response telling me to contact the manager brandon. i respond to this ... read more

Solid company. I see previous reviews mentioning "high risk lender". Thats correct, they finance people who need a 1st or 2nd chance. I was turned down by every bank the dealer sent my credit application to. Tracir (Used to be Central OH credit corp) accepted me. I paid on time, contacted them when I had issues. I was off work for almost a month due to some personal issues and they helped me out big time. I most definitely will be recommending them to friends and family who would need the opportunity to build/rebuild credit
