I’ve been going here since the week they opened faithfully. Last week I asked the lady to stop because I didn’t like the design. She got up and walked in there back room didn’t give me time to explain. All of my nails were a different length and a different shape. Worst experience. The other lady that had to fix them told me sorry over and over because she had to completely redo them. I wouldn’t have left a complaint but she has terrible customer service.
