As a first time homebuyer the process was quite overwhelming at times, but Tracie helped me navigate all the difficulties (and a couple frustrating experiences) deftly, and was very communicative and responsive during the entire process. I felt like she was very genuine and kind during the time she was helping me buy a home, and acted in my best interest while being respectful of my criteria.
