She was straight and to the point the first time I seen her but then she was a lot more comfortable with me and she was and is great yet still to the point but with a little humor and smiles. I have recommended her to a few of my friends with fibro and Lupus. For years I only saw Dr. Karen Rice from Jefferson City then she retired. She was great too. I hope to build a great bond with Dr. Goulbourne too.
She is very unprofessional. She was annoyed by me asking questions, she said let's not waste time. I was shocked she would say that to a patient.
If I didn't have to give Dr. James 1 star she would have 0 stars. I've had RA & Fibromyalgia for 25 years. I just moved to the Springfield area from Chicago. I called for an appt. & had to wait almost a year. That is a problem in itself, but I got in sooner due to a cancelation in November. I had my previous Doctor's notes sent to Dr. James. Dr. James-Goulborne was very thorough, knowledgable and professional. I am very glad I found this physician. The whole office was great. Very caring and professional.
