This lady didn’t explain anything to me. I left confused and dissatisfied. She dresses nice tho 🤷♀️
So kind and corteous, she explained everything so clearly and explained in detail all that I’ve been missing out on. I couldn’t appreciate her taking the time to do that more. Recommend her wholeheartedly!
I'm pretty sure the ENT who sent me to her told her to say, sorry nothing we can do for you. What a total waste of my time why did she even bother seeing me unless she is getting money from my insurance to waste my time. When I kill myself over this loud noise maybe she will learn a better way to help others

Went in to have molds done for in ear monitors. In and out in 20 minutes with the molds in hand. She was great.
