Fantastic We initially met with Traci after attending a wedding that she created! We had high hopes and were not let down. Our wedding and reception far surpassed our expectations and we truly enjoyed every moment. It's been over a year, and guests are still talking about how magical everything was!
Totally Disagree with Previous Reviews We worked with Traci for about 8 months planning our wedding and she was amazing! Not only did she provide options for dresses and fittings for tailoring, but the dresses were offered at a very good price. I bought my dress from Traci, and ordered my invitations there too. Great Invitations! We purchased our Ceci Invitations through julie. Our invites are still one of the best decisions I made. Julie and Traci were very helpful and gave us lots of great suggestions.
The one regret of my wedding... ...was hiring Traci Romano as my planner. Not only did she fail to live up to a number of points in her contract (such as monitoring our budget and calendar, making reservations for out of town guests, or showing up for the wedding) she couldn't even keep her own appointments--for phone calls. She is lovely in person but terrible to deal with in any other way than face-to-face. I ended up going the final stretch of my wedding coordination alone rather than having to deal with her. I was absolutley crushed :( After picking out my dress 6 months in advance. It did not arrive on-time. I can't even begin to tell you what a disaster this was. I wish you all better luck than I had with Traci. I am sure she learned from the mistake, but her prices are high for the actual service you end up getting. There are plenty of great bridal shops.
