I'm a big supporter of small and minority businesses and was very excited to make an appointment. Unfortunately, that's where my good feelings ended. I had to reach out to confirm my appointment - fine. However, when I reached out the day of to confirm the address and make sure I didn't need to bring anything, I was told my appointment wasn't on the calendar and it was canceled.
