Dr. Radford has been a great doctor but her office staff is the worst. They mix up appointments even when you are given a written piece of paper as a reminder. When you arrive or call about the virtual appointment, they point blank say that is not what the computer says and get very rude. They are the worst and I rate the office staff at zero.
I've been a patient since I was 15 with Dr. Polanco and transitioned to Dr. Radford when Dr. Polanco retired. (Now 52) Before the office moved to the current location. I absolutely love Dr. Radford and her team.
The reason why I love this doctor's office is because of the holistic approach to medicine that you will get here. They run labs and set standards for health that go beyond what other doctors will. They are very thorough. Also, you can expect counseling on prevention, including exercise, diet, supplements etc. They also offer things like optional food allergy tests which aren't covered by insurance but I like to have the option.
