Traci and her team are outstanding. I had a surgically repaired ruptured quadriceps tendon at 64 years old. The THPTG team expertly guided me and helped me rehap my tendon. I was at THPTG for nearly twice a week for 24 straight weeks and got to know the team well. Traci, Amanda and Ryan were amazing. Traci is the worst. She is unprofessional and has her lousy secretary do her work for her. She thinks her secretary sucks, but her former secretary is amazing and I wish she still worked there. She was the only one at the office that didn't suck. Traci is the worst!!! I wish I could give her 0 stars. And I wish I could give her "so called lousy secretary 100 stars" . She's the best!!
RecommendedSimply the best! In April I had a minimally invasive bunionectomy and 3 toes straightened by a NYC surgeon. No scars. No pain. Traci said in 30 years she's never seen a surgery and recovery like mine. I credit my recovery to Traci for her attention to detail and patiently learning about who I am as a person and an athlete. I vigilantly followed all Traci's guidance. As of today I can do all things I did before the surgery . . . paddleboard, spin, yoga, run, swim and go for long walks.I was released today. great facility. traci has been very helpful/thorough in helping me rehab my shoulder. She even filmed and narrated my exercise routine so I can see the proper way to do them at home.
Traci was outstanding! She is very professional, skilled, and experienced at what she does. She has the ability to work with an NFL player like me rehabbing to play again, but can also work with my parents, wife, and children with the same level of care that the pros receive. She was always prepared, and had high energy to motivate and encourage me through the tedious stages of rehabbing an injury.
