I have been seeing Dr DeSplinter for about 5 years. Until the past year, it was always a pleasure dealing with her and her office staff. I feel that Dr DeSplinter has become condescending and does not explain thoroughly. Last year I got pregnant and had many visits. I feel like I spent half my life dealing with billing issues. If there was anything done other than a prenatal visit, I was on the phone because claims were submitted (and denied) due to lack of codes. The billing department is a N
Horrible communication wi patients. Even with the postal, there is ZERO access to this provider and no sensitivity to picking up the phone when her exam requires further diagnostic testing. Horrible,
Dr. Desplinter is nice. The billing department is the worst I have ever dealt with. Sadly, I am considering another doctor so I don't have to deal with their billing mistakes!
