We thoroughly enjoyed working with Traci Cypher. We were not in the area when we listed our home for sale. She was very accommodating and understood our situation. We were always able to stay in direct contact with her. Tracie marketed our home very well, leaving information regarding special details throughout the property. Traci was very professional, honest, easy to communicate with, knowledgeable, and caring throughout the whole process of when I was buying my home; from just looking to the day of closing she took care of me and made the home buying process go smoothly, even as I was over seas. She was unfront, honest, made sure I understood each step along the way, and was actually interested in finding a home that would meet my needs and not just trying to get me to buy a house.
Traci was able to work with my schedule, coming from out of town, to schedule showings of relevant properties.
