It is clear from the start that Traci has a wealth of knowledge, wisdom and experience with the home buying process and our local area, which alone is so valuable. Queen of Skagit. True to this title! She knows her stuff. Beyond knowledgeable about all things for buying and selling of houses, she is very nice. She’s politely honest about getting your house ready to list. She also helped us buy a house out of the area. She made arrangements with others if she was unable to make it to view the houses that were hours away. She had great tips for selling. I’d definitely recommend her to family or friends if they need to buy or sell. If in the future we need an agent, I’d call her again!
