Traci has been a fantastic agent and representative from initial property search through and after closing. She was proactive in identifying and notifying us of properties that met our needs, helped us negotiate a price below list, guided us through closing and then continued to help us after closing. Ms. Bassler, Is tops, she was attentive, pleasant, very patient, paid attention to detail, easily accessible and quick to respond each and every time I reached out to her with a question or concern.
