I had an extremely disappointing experience with Trachtman and Trachtman Law Group. Communication was poor throughout, with long delays in responses and little clarity on the status of my case. They seemed more interested in billing than genuinely helping with my legal issue, and I felt left in the dark on crucial details. I did not feel prioritized as a client, and I’m disappointed with the lack of professionalism. I would not recommend their services.
