The staff and Dr. Foy are wonderful, sometimes it can be hard to get in to see Dr. Foy herself she's very busy otherwise excellent compassionate care here.
Poor time management appt was at 930am mid way through appt she stepped out (she had to use restroom)..waited till noon still not back to room. My time is valuable also . This was an egregious misuse of my time and utterly disrespectful.. I could actually hear her in the room next door with another patient which was like a spit in my face. They won't have to be concerned with me anymore.. this is THE 1st and LAST time I will be treated this way by a doctor that supposedly cares about me. To be clear this rating is specifically for Dr. Foy’s staff, not Dr. Foy herself. When I attempted to get an appointment the phone attendant was very rude and unprofessional. I understand people have bad days however, you should always carry a professional attitude while in a professional setting. Especially when working in the healthcare industry.
