Very good people. Got broken.just in Watertown NY. Service advisor Cord helped me a lot with nearest possible appointment and got Radiation supplied just overnight. Mechanic Dave did amazing job to finish the job in time. Thank you guys.
The customer service is 10/10. First off the only repair shop that I’ve been to that has a shower great place to relax and wait for repairs l. John the operations manager was amazing very accommodating while I waited for repairs to get done. Mike was my mechanic while here very knowledgeable and knew his way around my vehicle very informative and kept me in the loop through the whole process from the very first bolt to the last bolt. Called Tracey for an air bag issue and they were very quick to get me in and fixed. The whole staff was extremely pleasant and professional. Thank you very much and I will definitely be referring you folks
I have used them a couple of times for small repairs and they are pretty good diagnosing the issues. Unfortunately they surprised me yesterday when my driver brought in a truck for an air leak (wires broken from the air dryer) and charged us $95 for a pc diagnostic…Apparently this came effective a couple days ago and is a fixed charge no matter the job…Seems like another way to rip customers off. Edit: Cort Brennan reached out to apologize about the charge and fixed the invoice. Will continue doing business with them.
