I wouldn't buy or sell a house without Tracey and her team. We've bought two houses and sold two houses with Tracey and we couldn't have done it without her. She not only knows the market and business, but she also knows reputable contractors and vendors. Her calm, professional demeanor is a balm during the anxiety-ridden days between contract and sale.
