Don’t hire Eileen Caswell to sell your house unless you want it in the market for 90 plus days. She will deny any decent home offers and not tell you as the seller about any of the offers that she received via phone calls/ emails by buyers real estate agents all because they don’t benefit her commission. Without them I would never have been able to find and get approved for my dream home rental! Eileen and Tracey are the best of the best, and I highly recommend them!
