Rude, impatient, doesn’t answer questions, palms you off charges you $190 and doesn’t even have the decency to say goodbye. On her website she states “She also has an interest in the non surgical (medical) aspects of oral disease and temporomandibular joint (jaw joint/facial pain).” She does not! Don’t be fooled, she gave me no information about how to deal with my tmj in a non surgical matter. However the reception team are amazing and gave me more information then the specialist did.

The dental surgery seemed quite archaic in the resources and tools they used, but the service they provided by Dr Sim, was fantastic, one concern I did have is they gave me some paperwork they required I signed, despite that I was quite disoriented from the drugs they’d given me - so I didn’t really get to read it or understand it very well, other than this everything else seemed fine right up until I had to pay the bill. I was suffering with the wisdom tooth pain for over two weeks I went to my local clinic to get it treated ,they couldn't remove it at all they tried to take it out by giving numb help and anaesthetics but nothing worked I was left with so much pain becuase the tooth has be traumatized two times.
