They did a great job on my 2020 XT5 which was hit in the drivers rear side while parked at my house. There was a lot of damage to the suspension both front and rear. It looks and drives just like it did before the incident. Kept me informed along the way of how it was going and any changes to the time-line. I specifically looked for a local shop and they delivered as they said they would. A+ Thanks!
Had the rear driver quarter panel repaired after a minor accident. Customer service was good and everyone was friendly. I got the car back the first time and wasn't happy with a slightly misaligned tail light and side skirt, also had some white overspray on the black two tone and the black leather back seats and trunk hinge. Took the car back and they corrected the tail light and side skirt alignment and cleaned up any white overspray on the exterior of the car. I took my 2018 Toyota 4Runner limited to Arrow Auto Body and had the do a front bumper conversion from a Limited to a TRD PRO front bumper. They did the work and I am very happy that I did. I would highly recommend Arrow Auto Body to anyone and everyone.
