Repaired my 2014 Ford Fiesta St after I hit a deer. Arrow was more thorough than any other shops I’ve seen. They cleaned my car, in and out; they repaired my hood, headlight, and windshield. Great family-owned company. Will not do business with anybody else
Hands down the best experience I have ever had with a body shop. I paid cash to replace a cracked front bumper, the total cost was $700 below other local shops and they did not try to upsell unnecessary add-ons. Paint match is perfect and bumper looks like new. Unexpectedly when I picked up my car they had thoroughly washed the exterior as well as cleaned my car's interior (I have 5 children). There was no sign of road salt, dirt, food crumbs. They truly went above and beyond. 10/10 would recommend and I was very impressed.
Arrow Auto Body was great to work with fixing my car's front end damage from a deer. It was covered by insurance, and they worked well with them. Arrow kept me informed every step during the repair process. I highly recommend them. A very professional body shop, and did an excellent job on my car, a very satisfied customer. I would recommend in a heartbeat.
