We waited months to be seen for my toddler, and the Dr's office moved our appt up to be sure we were seen before Dr moved.
Had an appointment scheduled months in advance. Canceled the day before. Made another following month. Cancelled again day before appointment. Made 3rd appointment have to see if honored this time. Needed bad ears checked .not very happy 2 cancelled before ended up with a bad ear infection prior to second appointment . Family Dr helped clear up.
My mother waited months to get seen,End of July 2023 was her appointment. 10 days before her appointment, the office called and canceled her till after Christmas,,this is completely unprofessional, unexceptable..Did they cancel and move everyone,,or just an elderly patient ???
