*Update* I was discharged from Dr. Cawthorn's care after exchanging emails with her new admin because I needed my prescription refilled, and I was being told that they could not refill my prescription until I saw the doctor, and I had missed my appointment. An appointment that I never scheduled, was not aware of, and never confirmed. However, I had directly communicated with Dr. Cawthorn, and she had scheduled me for 4 appointments in advance that did not coincide with the dates her admin was referring to. Ms Cawthorn has good insight and understanding. She actually listens. I appreciate her expertise and professionalism.
Very poor experience attempting to make a simple reservation. The "virtual agent" was hard to understand and unable to assist me with making a reservation. I'm going back to my PCP and request a different referral.
