I had an unfortunate experience with Tracey carpenter. My appointment was March 7th. March 6th I experienced symptoms of a focal seizure. When I told her, she asked if I have ever been diagnosed with seizures and I said that was the first time I felt like that and then she proceeded to say well don’t assume. She was extremely cold and did not seem to care about the excruciating pain I was in. I am aware that I am 24 so no doctor takes me seriously but I have never felt so horrible in my life. Very nice and knowledgeable and cares to make sure I’m well taken of and happy with how my Botox is going. I appreciate her taking her time with me to make sure I’m getting better.
