Dr. Terry is awesome but his staff is incompetent. I asked for a 90-day supply since I can't afford the 30-day every month but they still gave me 30-day. Also prescriptions I've already asked for have not been inputted either and the staff just lies on the status. Edited to add: they've been sending me bills for my first appointment for a year; I'm on 100% financial assistance so the incompetence is palpable. Dr Wallace is kind and thoughtful. I would give him 4 stars just because of his bedside manner. Unfortunately, most of the staff (front office to nurses) I've interacted with for over 10 years don't seem to know and/or care about my health or well-being. Being friendly doesn't 't help me to get adequate care from his team. I think he is a good gp for a basically healthy people. And while it may not happen to you, prepare yourself for a lack-luster healthcare from his staff. I should have left when my symptoms started to rapi... read more
