This is a very disappointing experience. None of the employees there are professional, they don't follow up. It has been going on 4 weeks and they have not addressed my concerns. Rude, and... don't care attitudes... although they got paid.

I have been seeing Dr. Wallace for almost 20 years and he is the absolute best physician I’ve ever had. He listens, cares and creates a treatment plan based on your own individual needs. He’s not quick to throw a prescription at the symptoms. Instead, he seeks to get an understanding of the root cause so it can be addressed. He is the kindest, patient and trustworthy physician you’ll ever meet! Thank you Dr. Wallace for consistently providing me with exceptional care!!

Unfortunately, I was not pleased with this practice. My initial provider, the physician assistant only works a few days a week making it difficult to schedule appointments. The same physician assistant was not timely in letting my elderly mother and me know about a serious medical condition. Dr. Wallace is a kind doctor, but did not address my concerns. I met with Dr. Wallace today for my annual physical. Dr. Wallace's questions regarding my heath history showed a sincere concern for my well-being as a patient. He listens well and was very thorough and conscientious during my examination. I would highly recommend Dr. Wallace as a Primary Care Physician.
