Dr. Terry is awesome but his staff is incompetent. I asked for a 90-day supply since I can't afford the 30-day every month but they still gave me 30-day. Also prescriptions I've already asked for have not been inputted either and the staff just lies on the status.
Dr Wallace is kind and thoughtful. I would give him 4 stars just because of his bedside manner. Unfortunately, most of the staff (front office to nurses) I've interacted with for over 10 years don't seem to know and/or care about my health or well-being. Being friendly doesn't 't help me to get adequate care from his team. I think he is a good gp for a basically healthy people. Dr Wallace is a very good doctor. He listens and provides the best care.
This is a very disappointing experience. None of the employees there are professional, they don't follow up. It has been going on 4 weeks and they have not addressed my concerns. Rude, and... don't care attitudes... although they got paid.
I have been seeing Dr. Wallace for almost 20 years and he is the absolute best physician I’ve ever had. He listens, cares and creates a treatment plan based on your own individual needs. He’s not quick to throw a prescription at the symptoms. Instead, he seeks to get an understanding of the root cause so it can be addressed. He is the kindest, patient and trustworthy physician you’ll ever meet! Thank you Dr. Wallace for consistently providing me with exceptional care!!
