Paying over $1200 for a complex that has more potholes than Jackson, Ms itself….
Caution Long First I want to start by saying that Tanisha the leasing agent was very nice for my move in process. Once I was approved I didn’t not hesitate to pay my $300 admin fee. It was promoted as a brand new renovated unit. When I did a walk through on Saturday 3/29/25 the unit looked beautiful. Updated everything from the appliances to the brand new floors. This place is terrible. I’m going to start with the office. I think I literally argued with them everyday. Couldn’t get into my mailbox I probably still got mail there that idk about. My air did not work the whole time I was there I had to personally go buy my own window unit just because I absolutely hate being hot pretty sure I argued with them about that. I literally couldn’t stand Tracewoods. I hated the apartment and everybody in the office the place is trashhhhhhhh
