DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! I know more than one person that lives in Tracewood and both of them have had horrible experience with maintenance issues. One of them has been out of AC since before summer even started in March and is still without AC. The other also has emergency maintenance issues/request that have also gone unworked. I have been told they only have 1 maintenance man for the entire complex. There are also TONS of other maintenance issues, as well as a huge problem with ROACHES.
Taneisha , I love her professionalism . I asked her a million questions and she answered them all with a smile ! She is dedicated to her job & her residents ! The application process was fast and easy ! If you are looking for a nice place to stay call Tracewood apts and ask for TANIESHA!
Paying over $1200 for a complex that has more potholes than Jackson, Ms itself….
Caution Long First I want to start by saying that Tanisha the leasing agent was very nice for my move in process. Once I was approved I didn’t not hesitate to pay my $300 admin fee. It was promoted as a brand new renovated unit. When I did a walk through on Saturday 3/29/25 the unit looked beautiful. Updated everything from the appliances to the brand new floors.
