Tracee is the very definition of an expert realtor. Even though we have moved many times, this was our first new construction purchase. This summer my husband found himself in the position of executor for his aunt’s estate which included a house that needed cleared out and sold. Tracee is the best agent in Monroe county. She spent an enormous amount of time helping us find a lot to build on in 2012. She was very selfless knowing there would not be a great commission in just selling a lot but she still devoted the time to help us.
