Buyer Beware -Trace Residents are required to pay Goodwin HOA $85/month or $1020 a year!! As for Brohn Homes, they don’t help after warranty’s up for any paint and drywall. For instance, ceiling drywall tape is cracking and peeling and they couldn’t care less on a 4 year old home.
I just purchased a home and trying to get them to do warranty work is the worst’s I’ve ever seen and the quality of the home and the work done on the is way below average for a home you spend 400,000 for very disappointing

Pretty standard stuff really - just building houses as fast and cheap as possible. They're pretty, as long as you don't look too close.
We had a great experience with Trace / Brohn Homes in San Marcos and Ally was amazing! I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in the area. You won’t be disappointed.
