Loved my session with Cassidy. It's a beginner's class but is also good for someone familiar with Yoga. The class length was just perfect! Beautiful studio!!!
Cassidy did such a great job breaking everything down for beginners! It was such an amazing experience and I can’t wait to take weekly classes with her. I feel so much better after a yoga class with her.
