We brought my fiancé’s truck here for repairs that required removal of the cab. During the process, the wiring was not properly labeled, secured, or documented. We have photo evidence showing that no tape, labels, or zip ties were used to organize the wiring. When the vehicle was reassembled, an incorrect connection was made—specifically involving the air compressor—which ultimately caused it to fail. We also have photographic proof of this error.
