Jake… Jacob is scandalous! 1609 Aspen Court… He’s charging me $1550 plus utilities and $500 deposit for my cat… the so-called Casita next-door. He tells me his father is going to fix the place up… I’ve seen about five or six different people in and out of there now in the last 5 days! Is it legal to have somebody live like this? Are they going to have their mail delivered in my mailbox? I believe that’s a federal crime but I’m not sure. He won’t return my calls and it’s clear It’s not his father living there.
