Tim L worked on our plumbing services and he was very professional and respectful to our property as well as my time. I was in meeting and he quietly waited till I was done to go over the issues. Considering that most technicians are always in hurry and would have left instead of waiting. I really appreciated his work ethic. His professionalism and knowledge are astounding. Will definitely ask for him for our next service.
Darrick, Nick, and I believe Julian were amazing! I scheduled plumbing work with Darrick and he was very thorough/efficient/friendly. His work was 10/10 and explained everything he did, what we needed to do, and what to be aware of. Nick and Julian were scheduled to come see my HVAC. Very nice and thorough. I had a great experience with Adam and Robert from TR Miller. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Their communication was excellent throughout the job, and I really appreciated that they even followed up by text afterward to answer a few additional questions. It’s rare to find plumbers who combine skill with such great customer service, but Adam and Robert did just that. Highly recommend!
Jacob W. visited our home to inspect an error code on our water softener. His troubleshooting skills were exceptional and he took a lot of time to explore and explain both repair and replacement options for the water softener and our 14 year old sump pump! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. We've been very pleased with the exceptional service provided by TR Miller. Jacob W. was greeted with a fist bump by our Bull Mastiff and in return she received a TR Miller biscuit.
Would highly recommend Jacob W! He was very knowledgeable, thorough and gave us multiple options for our sump pump situation. We ended up going with a new sump pump and are very happy with the service we received!
