Brendon was very helpful and explained everything very thoroughly.
Matt, the plumbing tech, was AMAZING! He legitimately went above and beyond for us! He showed up after a storm, stayed two hours and left close to 8:30pm. He helped with our sump pump and then changed our water heaters pressure valve just because we mentioned it was leaking.. he really didn’t have to but he really did go above and beyond!
If there was 6 stars I would give it to Brandon’s. He was very friendly and really knows his stuff. I would highly recommend. Very good company.
I had both AC and Furnace replaced. The installation technicians were extremely thorough. They informed me about their progress throughout the entire installation and asked me for my input several times. I was very impressed by how much thought they put into each step. They were always concerned about how the future service would be effected with the way they installed everything. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.
This was our first time using TR Miller. We had them come out for a maintenance check of our air conditioning unit. They called in advance were very professional and included a service check of the furnace as well for no extra charge. I will definitely use them in the future.
