TR LAYTON is awesome! If you have a home renovation/restoration project, search no further! We cannot recommend TR Layton any more highly. Tim and his team assisted us with modifications to a home we purchased including but not limited to repaint exterior, deck and railings, install exterior light fixtures, remodel storage to be fully compliant with Manatee County Building Authority codes and regulations, reconfigure kitchen pantry cabinet for and install compact washer/dryer, construct pantry under stairs and install concrete driveway. We had a renovation that included a second floor addition complete with a master bedroom suite and bath as well as having a metal roof to replace our old ceramic tiling. From initial drawings through the architect and engineering reviews as well as the appropriate city office filings and approvals, he took the burden off our shoulders.
