I had a great experience with this HVAC company. They were very professional, on time, and clearly knew what they were doing. From the first call to the completion of the job, everything was smooth and well organized. The technician explained the issue in a simple way and gave me honest recommendations without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. The installation/repair was done cleanly and efficiently, and everything is working perfectly now.
During these recent extremely cold days, our home’s heating system unfortunately broke down, and with two children it was a very difficult situation for us. All the companies we contacted were fully booked and unable to come. Despite it being 11:00 PM, your team still showed up and resolved the issue within 1–2 hours, restoring heat to our home. We are truly grateful for your professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication. We sincerely appreciate everything you did for our family. Thank you very much.
The T&R team was awesome. They came through and got our furnace working on an emergency in frigid conditions. They came out within 30 minutes of calling on a Sunday evening (during the Super Bowl) to get our furnace fixed - Highly Recommend.
