It’s been right at a year since Rick and his team finished our project. We had our attic space over the garage closed in to make an upstairs bedroom for my son. It looks absolutely spectacular and it’s still holding up perfectly. They had to not only move around many support beams but also had to build a staircase and put in a dormer. TR Construction recently completed a remodeling of an atrium into an indoor living room. This externally required the extension of a roof, the addition of a skylight into that roof extension and a reworking of an existing pony wall and guttering. Internally some windows had to be removed, the walls had to be changed from external stucco to internal drywalls, the atrium floor raising 4” to align with the existing living room floor and new tiles then laid. TR Constrction truly did a fantastic job replacing our tub with a beautiful walk in shower. Tony and his guys were a pleasure to work with! This job was done in a group home that can be pretty chaotic and they were so kind and understanding of our special needs and did all they could to accommodate us. The job was done with extreme care at a very reasonable price. We really appreciate TR Construction for all they did and highly recommend their services.
We had a major extension done on the house on Flanders Drive. I felt the quote was fair and reasonable. General contract was signed in April and we just finished final inspection in Nov. Overall, work was great. Working with Tony, Joshua, Dennis, Memo and the team was great. If you drive through Flanders, you would have seen the extension progress near Salk Elementary.
