I went to this salon many years ago and was not happy with the stylist Tried other salons and they were worse. Went back to this one different stylist. First time not so bad but the second one of the worse haircuts I ever had. My daughter had to cut off the pieces that were left hanging in the back of my head. Come on now. .this is totally unacceptable. Will never go back.

I've been going to Tres Chic for years and have always been pleased no matter who styled my hair. I had the best experience so far this past week, I figured I have to spread the word! My stylist had a big no-show in the morning which threw her entire day off, was squeezing in walk-ins, was looking forward to her vacation the following day, and she still managed to stay calm and focused and gave me and every client courteous effort and attention.
