I went to Total Quality Service for the first time and will never go anywhere else! Travis went above and beyond to take care of my car. They only fixed what needed to be fixed and didn't try to talk me into anything else. They were fair, honest, affordable and prompt. I highly recommend!!
I brought my 2015 Mazda 6 to Travis at TotalQualityService as a previous transmission shop diagnosed it as a bad valve body/tcm. After ordering and waiting 2 weeks for the valve body to come in, it turned out not to be the issue - Travis was very upfront and thorough about my cars issue - the transmission cooler failed and let coolant into my transmission, ruining the transmission. Called yesterday about an ESP light that came on my dashboard, Travis was able to get me in the very next day, he was very quick and had me in and out in no time. Such a great mechanic, very honest with you as well, which I know can be hard to find somedays. I Will definitely be brining it back for my next problem
Brought my car to Total Quality Service for a major issue and was very happy that they weren’t trying to overcharge me. The owner was very professional and knowledgeable. My car was not there for long and I have continued to use this shop for basic maintenance for a good price as well. Highly recommend!
