TERRIBLE PAY FOR EMPLOYEES
We used to like this company when it was DSCI. Recently they had an outage in the Northeast. After that our phones never worked right. We couldn't get any inbound calls. They would go straight to voicemail without ringing. As TPx tried to troubleshoot the problem, it got worse. Soon almost all of our phones were completely down. I had to call Tech Support everyday and everyday I was promised that a supervisor would call me back shortly with an update on what they were doing to fix the problems. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK!
