We were in need of replacing our aged HVAC system, and did a lot of research in advance and received quotes from around the area. We were impressed that the owner actually came out himself to do our initial estimate and answered all of my questions about the installation. They offered options on the equipment to balance out the cost vs. the efficiency, which was also helpful for us to budget. Used to be Great I have endstage heart failure. My AC failed to work this summer right at the beginning of a heat wave. I called them out like I usually do keep in mind they just serviced my equipment a month ago they refuse to go up to my attic claiming I had step that was broken on the ladder, but the ladder has been broken for 7 years. Totally unprofessional
We used TPS years ago to fix our HVAC system, the work they did kept the unit running for another six years. When we recently discovered it needed to be replaced we called them and they gave us the most competitive price and we couldn’t be happier with our new HVAC unit!
