Just wanted to give praise where it's due. Danny was more than professional with me when setting up a delivery. John was very knowledgeable and passed that knowledge on to me as I had just moved into my new place. I did my research on all the local rates and they were very reasonable. We were in need of replacing our aged HVAC system, and did a lot of research in advance and received quotes from around the area. We were impressed that the owner actually came out himself to do our initial estimate and answered all of my questions about the installation. Used to be Great I have endstage heart failure. My AC failed to work this summer right at the beginning of a heat wave. I called them out like I usually do keep in mind they just serviced my equipment a month ago they refuse to go up to my attic claiming I had step that was broken on the ladder, but the ladder has been broken for 7 years. It never got worse is always the same. They refuse to go up. They refuse to fix it. I’m very short income fighting for my life with no income they suck.
