Less than 1 star is more appropriate. Left messages 4 business days in a row, promised call back each day and each day no return phone call. Father in law ended up in Emergency Room with very treatable UTI instead of being seen by this office. Rather than address horrible communication issues, and rather than see him in the office after days of calling, they insisted he go to the ER as his blood sugar was nearing 300 after days of infection, lack of appetite and lack of eating. Refuses to take Tricare.
Per their website they accept tricare. Per the phone call made before coming they said they accepted tricare. Per the receptionist they do not. Don’t waste your time if you have tricare
Visit went well everyone very professional
Dr Hyman has been my PCP for over 20 years. He is personable and efficient. He always explains procedures, medications, anything to do with my healthcare thoroughly. I hope to have him until he retires. I enjoy his practice including all Front Office and Tech staff members.
