great experience with doctor cordes—she’s super kind, was incredibly gentle, and very knowledgeable. she answered all of my questions and gave me suggestions based on what i mentioned. the other nurses/staff were all very kind and helpful and made it a very quick, easy experience.
I had an appt with nurse Gonzalez this morning . I just want to say how amazing she was . Went into that appt nervous and she couldn’t have been more caring and thorough .. what I came in for, turned out to be nothing and she reassured me . I appreciated so much the time she took to go over any of my concerns .
Negligent. Somehow couldn't locate my Medical Release Form that I signed IN OFFICE last Tuesday. Do better.
Very disappointing, referral was never placed that I asked for at 10 weeks. Every nurse/doctor stated they would “check on it”. Had labs draw that were not looked at for over two weeks and still have not been. Front desk women were rude and one nurse made lewd comments about how she wants to hang herself from a tree rather than to work. Find a better place to take care of your family.
