We loved all the people at James River. Dr. Baust and Nurse Lee are some of our favorite people! We did end up switching practices only because I knew my son was on the spectrum and I was not getting anywhere. My son is now officially diagnosed and receiving proper therapy through another pediatrician. Although we had to go a different route, I would not discount the amazing care we received at this practice! As a side note, never ignore a mother's intuition.
Receptionist was rude!!! I just called and was placed on hold then called back again and asked can I please hold i just asked are yall accepting any new patients and she didnt even give a yes or no! She said we have other callers ahead of you. Really!? Could have just said a quick yes or no. If you dont like your job dont work there. Smh
Great practice. Always clean, bright, the space is so inviting and interesting with all of the Lego creations, old-school video games, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, and fantastic doctors and practitioners. All four of my children love coming here!!!
