Made three calls and left message with no return call back..
I was a little nervous about my appt. because of the recent reviews here. But my experience was great! Everyone was friendly. I was not kept waiting more than a few minutes. Dr. Harvey was kind, thorough and answered all my questions. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Thank you!
Called on multiple occasions, even came up to the office and no one ever returned my call. I called regarding possible side effect to a medication prescribed to me by this office and never heard back.
I really wish I had checked the reviews before scheduling my appointment, because everything people mentioned was spot-on. From the moment I walked through the door, something felt off. The receptionists didn’t greet me, didn’t look up, didn’t acknowledge me at all. And when they finally did speak, it was flat, cold, and completely uninviting.
