Called on multiple occasions, even came up to the office and no one ever returned my call. I called regarding possible side effect to a medication prescribed to me by this office and never heard back.

I really wish I had checked the reviews before scheduling my appointment, because everything people mentioned was spot-on. From the moment I walked through the door, something felt off. The receptionists didn’t greet me, didn’t look up, didn’t acknowledge me at all. And when they finally did speak, it was flat, cold, and completely uninviting. I got a biopsy 3 weeks ago and no one has called to let me know what the findings were. I have called 3 times and emailed the doctor. I haven't heard from no one. I found out what the results were by being emailed from the lab. I feel like I am being ghosted my this office. I am very irritated that no one will call me

I’ve been coming to this office for a few years now. I have never had issues before, the staff was always professional and willing to assist in any way possible. Lately I can’t say the same! I had an appt about a month and a half ago . I’ve been trying to get one of my prescriptions filled since. No one answers the phone or returns phone calls unless you’re trying to get in/make an appointment. I don’t know if they’re short staffed or what. We used to have a patient portal where we could send messages, no longer can do that.... read more
