Excellent staff at the Hampton location. Very friendly and professional. I was sad to find out they do not accept anthem health keepers, So now beginning July I will have to find another location to do my blood work. I have been going here for years and do not understand why they would not accept that insurance. A lot of shipyard workers and retired people I’m sure use this location. I can imagine since they don’t accept the insurance they will lose a lot of business. Why haven’t they worked a contract out with anthem Health... read more
Showed up for an appointment and they said there were no labs to be run. They should have called before I showed up. I took off work to show up for a useless appointment. They don't care about your time.
