“The medical care I receive here is very good, and the office is clean and comfortable. However, I’ve had multiple experiences with rudeness from the front desk, both on the phone and at check-in, which makes visits feel unnecessarily stressful. Improving customer service here would greatly enhance an otherwise great practice.
Don't waste your time with this doctor office. Staff is unprofessional and the soonest i was taken to the back was 20 minutes ate my schedule appointment. Once in the back I always waited for no less then 20 minutes before the doctor came to see me. Also, I was 4 minutes late to an appointment and they told me I had to be rescheduled. This place is a joke.
