Worst service every. Still tryin to get them to help me get mail from 2 months ago. No 1 answers the phone nor the door at the address suite #1A
I worked for this company and personally tried to improve its poor reputation. I did my best but could not change the culture of this company. Their motto was "good enough" but their efforts never were good enough. I have since left the company.
What a nightmare. We rented a home and have gotten the worst service from TPM. If you are thinking of renting a home from them stay clear and save your self a headache. Wish I would have know what we were getting ourselves into no we are stuck with a home that is falling apart and no help and no service. They never even took the lock box off. I had to call a lock smith to get it removed. Run from this property manager.
Rented a house out from under me I was about to drop off deposits for that afternoon. So just out my application fees. Do not deal with these people I was not treated professionally. The realtor was awesome the office staff is far from. Run far away!
1 star is too much, we loved a house we saw and that is the only reason we went with this company. It has been a horror story since day 1. They will not call you back or repair any issues unless you tell them you are ending the lease. you will have to call rebekah 100 times to get a response and you have to continuously follow up day after day- weve have a broken washer the past 2 months. mold in fridge that took 2 weeks just to get cleaned out. the problems are endless.
