Tim was so easy to work with, from start to finish. I can’t say enough about TPM!! It took me a little time to decide on a stain color. Tim was very patient and helpful throughout this process. Once we finally decided on a stain color, Leandro(our refinisher and installer) and his team did an awesome job. He not only refinished our existing hardwoods, he also weaved in new hardwoods where a half-wall was and removed tile from our powder room and replaced it with new hardwood. I can not say ENOUGH great things about TPM – HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! As a self proclaimed “particular” client – Tim was professional, knowledgeable, responsive and most importantly his team did an amazing job!! My floors look fantastic, and there was no dust in my house (I anticipated hiring cleaners for all the dust). I truly could not be happier.
